The WAC is a new student support booster organization that will operate under the PTO. The goal of the WAC is to support all Woodland athletic teams by providing the best facilities, equipment, uniforms, and more. We are kicking off the creating of the WAC with a donation fundraiser. Your generous support of our WAC fundraiser will help us to provide the best possible experience for our athletes. On the donation page you will see all sports wish lists as well as athletics improvements. If you have any questions about the fundraiser, please email AD Coach LeGate. For an athlete to compete in school athletics for the 2023 - 2024 school year, sports physicals must be dated after April 15, 2023, and uploaded into WCS Final Forms. This physical will last until the end of the following summer's inactive period (typically mid-July). This is a TMSAA Rule.
The WCS FinalForms dashboard enables parents and students to complete required athletic forms electronically and communicate with each other during the season. In order to be eligible to try out and participate in athletic programs or activities, all required athletic annual physical forms must be completed electronically through the Williamson County Schools FinalForms online dashboard.
