As Warrior athletes, students will make a commitment to themselves, teammates and the athletic program to follow the expectations of being an athlete. Woodland Middle offers a wide variety of sports in fall, winter, and spring seasons. Learn more about Williamson County Schools athletic guidelines and requirements and WCS FinalForms in order to participate in athletics.

The goal of the Woodland Athletic Club (WAC) is to support all Woodland athletic teams by providing the best facilities, equipment, uniforms, and more to our dedicated student athletes and their coaches. Tryout Information

For the most current information on tryouts, please sign up for the sport(s) of interest in WCS FinalForms or download the Woodland Middle School App for iOS or Android. Coaches will communicate detailed information, including tryouts time/location, via FinalForms email and the WMS App. 

WCS FinalForms

Woodland athletics competes under TSSAA guidelines. Any sports physical dated prior to April 15, 2025, will be considered expired on June 30, 2025. For an athlete to compete in school athletics during the 2025 - 2026 school year, sports physicals must be dated after April 15, 2025, and uploaded into WCS Final Forms.

The WCS FinalForms dashboard enables parents and students to complete required athletic forms electronically and communicate with each other during the season.  In order to be eligible to try out and participate in athletic programs or activities, all required athletic annual physical forms must be completed electronically through the Williamson County Schools FinalForms online dashboard.
