For the most current information on tryouts, please sign up for the sport(s) of interest in FinalForms. Coaches will communicate information via FinalForms email.
WCS FinalForms
For an athlete to compete in school athletics for the 2024 - 2025 school year, sports physicals must be dated after April 15, 2024, and uploaded into WCS Final Forms. This physical will last until the end of the following summer's inactive period (typically mid-July). This is a TMSAA Rule.
The WCS FinalForms dashboard enables parents and students to complete required athletic forms electronically and communicate with each other during the season. In order to be eligible to try out and participate in athletic programs or activities, all required athletic annual physical forms must be completed electronically through the Williamson County Schools FinalForms online dashboard.
